This course will assist teacher candidates in identifying and recognizing strategies for developing social-emotional skills such as self-awareness, self-control, concern for others, and cooperating with others. The course is intended to increase awareness and the effects of social-emotional learning on academic learning. Practicum/field experience hours: None. Fingerprint clearance not required.
