Assessment Description.
Think about where you started in this course and where you are now. Describe what you have learned about a head-to-toe assessment and how you will include a systematic process in your daily assessment of clients.
Post three different responses to classmates with additional suggestions on how they can include a systematic process in their daily assessment of clients.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words and responses should be between 100-150 words.
